Natalie Morez

Natalie Morez is a resident of Teras Terrace who makes a living driving her ice cream truck around its streets and selling ice cream to the Terrace's residents. Despite the bizarre flavors her ice cream comes in—or, given the nature of the Terrace's residents, perhaps because of them—her ice cream is very popular with the children of the Terrace, though Wade Mongley finds it to be perhaps an acquired taste.

In an effort to further her appeal to the youth of the Terrace, Natalie is almost never seen out of her clown makeup. Whether this really does appeal to children is an open question, but as grotesque as her appearance is in her makeup, it's not at all obvious that she'd be any less grotesque without it.
