Millicene Rutelmeier

Millicene Rutelmeier, or "Millie" as she likes to be known, runs the Teras Terrace daycare. She dotes on her charges, whom she refers to by nonsense words like "my little boggerlogs" and "my dear little goomegongs".

Millie has a deep respect for the wisdom of her Great Twiceaunt Huberty, and frequently quotes what Great Twiceaunt Huberty used to say even if it has little apparent bearing on the current situation. From the way that Millie refers to her, it's unclear whether her Great Twiceaunt Huberty is still alive, or just what a Great Twiceaunt is in the first place.
