Eslagar the Wise

Eslagar the Wise is a tiny creature that lives in a distant part of the plumbing of the Mongleys' house. The other creatures that live within the pipes often consult her for her counsel. This is not so much because she gives useful advice, which she absolutely does not, but just to humor her; she seems so much to want to feel needed.

On important matters, Eslagar will give those who come to her a mysterious object that looks like a tiny eye, telling them that they will know when to use it. Nobody has ever known when to use it, or indeed had any idea what it could possibly be used for.
