Charles Meddingway

Charles Meddingway is a resident of Teras Terrace who makes a living as a professional sofa. He promises that he can be much more comfortable than any piece of inanimate furniture, and that he "won't judge" whatever his employers choose to do on him. Charles can arrange the musculature of his back, and a soft crest running down his midline, to configure himself to his customers' contours.

While his vocation may seem odd, Charles apparently does well enough at it to pay the bills. He's even taken on two young assistants, Cody Brooks and Arthur Tay, who sometimes go on the job with him and serve as cushions or footrests.
