Mr. Orm

Mr. Orm is the head of the sewer maintenance department in Teras Terrace. Like his underlings in the department, he lives in the sewers themselves, the better to get to work quickly. This is less of a drawback than it might seem, given that the subterranean home constructed for him by Pretorius Technologies is a palatial residence larger and more opulently outfitted than most if not all of the regular above-ground houses in the Terrace.

As the head of the department, Mr. Orm has a largely supervisory role, coordinating and motivating the activities of the three sewer workers under his direction, though he also does tend to some of the more difficult jobs himself. Mr. Orm is a lenient boss, much of his management technique consisting of intoning business catchphrases mangled into nonsensicality, such as "Work smarter, not smarter" and "Whether you think you can, you think you can't".
