Garlock Walters

Garlock is one of Wade Mongley's classmates at Teras Elementary School. Unlike most of the kids in the class, Garlock doesn't speak comprehensibly, his only vocalizations consisting of loud screeching, gargling noises. His behavior is likewise unpredictable; Garlock is prone to random acts of violence that seem motivated not by malice but by some strange impulses. Mrs. Furk rarely seems to feel it necessary to discipline him, however, seeing all his outbursts as just natural behavior.
