Nicole Frissman

Nicole Frissman is Teras Terrace's main liaison with the outside—not that she actually deals directly with humans from outside the Terrace, of course, but she's the one sent out to bring in new residents, which she does with the aid of a company van with tinted windows. Despite her lack of actual interaction with the world outside the Terrace, Frissman (she generally just goes by her surname) has come to consider herself something of an authority on outside affairs, at least in comparison with most of the Terrace's other residents, and makes pronouncements and gives advice that may or may not have any actual valid grounds behind them.
